Yes we have the same situation. It’s a bit sad actually when I jog every morning, back in the school, I see only old people with their dogs. I can rarely see young and middle age.
Do you jog?
I am very constant at almost everything, but definitely NOT at doing exercise. I’m a disaster. One week I walk everyday, the next month I don’t do anything for my poor body, I work out, I don’t, I do it again, I stop doing it one more time. But I promise I’ll start doing it regularly one day! (BTW, this is kind of the twentieth time I make this promise xD)
Maybe you just lack motivation but you look fit to me, on your about page. I experienced the same. I am more likely to jog when I am bribe. XD
